Standard home check service:
- Remove any junk mail and debris from driveway, walkways, or porches
- Visual inspection of landscaping for potential irrigation failures
- Visual inspection of front door lock
- Visual inspection of window and all exterior door and slider locks
- Visual inspection of HVAC and thermostat/humidistat - document temperature and humidity setting (if applicable)
- Visual inspection of interior walls, windows, floors and ceilings for water intrusion
- Visual inspection of appliances
- Run dishwasher (once a month)
- Check refrigerator for temperature settings
- Visual inspection inside bathroom and kitchen cabinets to detect any type of leakage
- Flush toilets and run faucets and showers (every two weeks)
- Check lanai screen for integrity
- Visual check of pool levels and cleanliness
- Check refrigerator, freezer, and wine cooler temps
- Check ground level crawl spaces for moisture and insect or rodent presence
- Notify homeowners of the presence of “live” insects or rodents inside home
