What is a Home Watch service? - View Response ↓: We are a reliable service that performs regular inspections of vacant properties for absentee homeowners at pre-determined intervals. We offer weekly nspections. Too many things can go wrong when a home is left unattended.

What are the reasons for hiring a Home Watch Service? - View Response ↓

Left unattended, a seasonal home can suffer costly damage caused by the following:

Electrical surges can damage appliances and even cause fires.
Undetected water leaks can lead to expensive repairs.
Mold/mildew can spread quickly and cause thousands of dollars of damage.
An A/C malfunction can quickly accelerate mold growth.

What is the procedure if an irregularity is observed during a Home Watch visit? - View Response ↓: We would immediately contact you to let you know of the situation and together work out a solution. If it is something we cannot take care of ourselves, we can assist you in finding the correct professional to correct the issue and managing the process on site.

Who will be doing the home inspections? - View Response ↓: Beatrice or Hal will be the only two people inspecting your homes and/or granting access and overseeing other professionals when the need arises. We are not only the owners of our company but we will perform all the home watch visits ourselves

How do I know that you have actually performed the inspections at the agreed upon frequency? - View Response ↓: We will complete a checklist at each visit. We will also include pictures when the need arises. Despite the age-old saying “no news is good news”, in our business we believe that communication is key to your peace of mind.
